I am opposed to the Jupiter BESS project and respectfully ask the Madison County Planning Commission to deny the rezone and give an unfavorable recommendation to the Madison County Board of Commissioners. I believe the BESS project will have a negative impact on health, safety, welfare, and property values in the area. I believe this project provides no benefits to those who live in this area. I understand and agree that this petition shall be provided to the Madison County Planning Department and made part of the public record. I agree to email communication for the purposes of uniting in opposition against the BESS project.
